I'd like to inquire the name of the gentleman who was not observing regular order when the gentleman informed the gentleman to sit down.

The Gentleman was talking to Rep. Peter King (R) who also represents New York (like Weiner).  The Gentleman was infuriated that King did not encourage his Republican colleagues to vote for the Zadroga bill which would provide health care for 9/11 responders…oh and for getting up and interrupting the Gentleman when it wasn’t his turn to talk. 

This is the same Peter King that held the radicalization of American Muslims hearings recently…He’s seated next to Weiner in the picture below, at the State of the Union.
